My Perspective on Marketing Homes

Every home is different, each with its own unique character. Different homes offer different lifestyles, and the way you live is just as important as how many bedrooms your home has. Your home's personality must come through in all promotional materials for the home -- from the comments on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to brochures and ads in the Sunday Press.

Cookie-cutter advertising doesn't work. To create excitement and eagerness with buyers, a home's advertising must tell more than the location, number of bedrooms and baths. It must make people want to see it and, more importantly, want to live there. Good advertising helps them imagine living the lifestyle your home offers.
